Please see below for registration instructions for juniors. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration with the Kingaroy RedAnts junior teams. You will also find useful information about joining the TeamReach chats, the family levy, training shirts and other important club details.

Have a Play On! Sports Voucher

Please email the Treasurer at treasurer@kingaroyredants.com.au before completing your registration to obtain your discount code, which can be applied at checkout.

If you have already completed your registration, please submit the Refund Request Registration Fee - Play On! Sports Vouchers Received form and provide all required documentation to request a refund.

Junior Registration Instructions:

  1. Register at https://www.playrugbyleague.com/
    • Upload a valid ID document such as a Birth Certificate, Drivers Licence, or Passport.
    • Upload an identifying photo (head shot / passport style) that matches the member being registered.
  2. Visit the clubhouse during training to pay your Family Levy.
    • Please see below for additional information regarding the Family Levy.
  3. Complete the Junior Photography & Videography Consent Form: Junior Photography & Videography Consent Form - 2027
  4. Order your Training Shirt
    • Please see below for additional information regarding training shirts.
  5. Check out the Club Handbook located on our website
  6. Purchase your socks & shorts from the Merchandise Shop
  7. Join the Team Reach chat for the age group your child's age group:
    • Install TeamReach on your iPhone or Andriod
    • Select the + to Join Group
    • Enter chat code per below:
      • Under 6's: RedAnts6s2027
      • Under 8's: RedAnts8s2027
      • Under 10's: RedAnts10s2027
      • Under 12's: RedAnts12s2027
      • Under 14's: RedAnts14s2027
    • Please ensure you add your child’s name to your display name in each TeamReach chat (e.g. Cody’s Mum) so coaches and team staff can easily identify you.

Family Levy Information

  • Family Levy: A $150 family levy must be paid before the first game day of the season.
  • Refund Opportunity: Families who complete 5 hours of volunteer work within the club are eligible for a full refund of the family levy.
  • Volunteer Opportunities: You can volunteer on game days in accordance with the volunteer roster or assist outside of game days. For more information, contact the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@kingaroyredants.com.au.
  • Payment Information: The family levy must be paid by EFTPOS at the Clubhouse during training on Thursday afternoons during school terms, between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
  • Recording Volunteer Hours: All volunteer hours must be recorded in the volunteer register located in the Clubhouse.
  • Refund Process: Once you have completed your 5-hour volunteer commitment, your refund can be processed to the same card used for the initial payment. Refunds are available at the Clubhouse during training on Thursday afternoons during school terms, between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm.
  • Important Information: Family levies do not carry over to the following season. Please ensure you visit the Clubhouse to arrange your refund once you have completed your volunteer hours.

Training Shirt Information

  • After completing the registration for the season, all players are eligible to order a Training Shirt.
  • The Training Shirt is included with your registration at no additional cost.
  • You will receive email confirmation when your Training Shirt order has been approved; this can then be collected from the Clubhouse during training on Thursdays.
  • If a player requires an extra Training Shirt later in the season, they should contact the Merchandise Coordinator at merchandise@kingaroyredants.com.au and they will provide guidance on how to place the order and manage the payment for the additional shirt.
